It's a bot. Easiest way bots test how weak the off-screen sellers are is by doing those 2 shares sells every 2 seconds. That's the first time for the day it hit 3.1 cents and unfortunately the bot exposed how weak the hands are off screen who cleared all of 3.1 by end of auction. If sellers held firm then bot would have taken out 3.2 as a buy order as no easy stock under 3.2. Not the case for us...
