I hope they do get an ASX query as they have failed their disclosure obligations. Surely the termination did not take place overnight! They would have known about this ages ago but James refused to answer any questions around the NN whenever the shareholders asked the questions! Patrick being the investor relations manager, it is his job to get the ann out informing the shareholders, so what was he doing?? What does Mick Wilkes, the chairman have to say about this? They have clearly failed their ASX disclosure obligations!
