To give James some credit, he did admit he was only filling the MD role until they found someone with more experience in management as it is neither his qualification nor preference. And, as for marketing and spin, every successful sales person I've met would probably agree they're the same thing. BOAs take time to protect the buyer, so I doubt we need to throw around words like misconduct. I &^*%$$ hope so anyway...
