Thailand you can buy condo for 100 k 50 meters from beach and live on 20 k very well

I know I have one I holiday in

I live at breakfast point now
And that's gated community with club house the lot
Heaven

But the quality of condo is the same over there
Less red tape cheap labour etc

And don't bring Quilty into it

My light switches at the point are all up side down etc

They make crap work here too trust me
