I haven't commented on EXR at HC for a while but just wanted to say the following:

1/ EXR looks to have a major & excellent Mongolian based natural gas asset (amongst others).

2/ This asset becomes more derisked at every announcement, with pilot gas pressures looking promising so far.

3/ The time is not right for a leap in share price yet, but I'm sure it is definitely coming when they prove economically viable gas production.

4/ The have the backing of SB Energy for their hydrogen project.

I was considering our competitors TMK and here is the comparison of a couple of metrics:

Market Cap:
EXR $123.17million
TMK $74.2million

SOI:
EXR 912,437,310
TMK 4,637,500,000

TMK has 5 times the amount of shares that EXR does, which cast a shadow over management in my opinion. In my experience companies with large amount of SOI like that have bad management who only know how to generate cash through credit raises and offers. I think EXR looks good with room to grow, and solid management. Although waiting is hard the fundamentals are all in place.
