cellmidlmig could you please give me some information on what are the implications of joining the LMIG - e.g. is the group likely to be considered as a major shareholder and required to lodge notifications with the ASX? - if the combined holdings of the group exceed 20% of issued shares are there any legislative requirements that would impact shareholders? - or is the group just a loose association of shareholders with a common focus who share information?
