CDM are clearing out of SHJ because their owner Karl Seigling wants to wind up his investment company. He has a massive buy back to fund, plus increasing his own holdings at below NTA so that is the rationale. nothing to do with Shine’s investment performance which has been underwhelming in this Bull market. If Shine had a wider share register there would be more interest. Time for Morrison and Roche to reduce their holdings and hopefully cross a large parcel to private equity.
