Overtime Morgan Stanley has to list as majority owner, so does MUFG
Morgan Stanley bought the stock acting as a prime broker.
Morgan has to say it was the majority holder even though it was holding the stock for other funds.
Morgan was never actually a substantial holder, it was just buying for funds.
There is no actual institutions dumping, although a fund did try to short the stock is down 25% (around $400,000 down)
The more you know.
