JPM have been selling steadily for the last 18months at least, they have dropped 3.2mill in the last 3 months going by this announcement, they have just over 14mill left. With such small volumes regularly traded in this stock seems as though this is what is holding the SP down instead of rising. It would be nice to know motivation behind this strategy though.
