Don't get me wrong, I am a fan of GJT. Also I am not a shorter.
Historically after going ex-div, GJT starts to plummet after a few weeks or so.
For GJT to be so far behind its NTA tells me that the concern with earthquakes is holding it back and this is never going to go away. If you want to keep it for income that is ok, however for capital growth there are better plays.
