Well if everything goes wrong and it is a disaster then yes, otherwise no.
The largest shareholder increased their position by 11 million shares so I think they are feeling bullish, but they would have known a CR was coming and been able to take advantage of buying in it and adjusting their current holding appropriately.
We have a whole lot of what should be very good news to come before the next CR, but we are going to need to work through the stag overhang from the current raise first.
Well if everything goes wrong and it is a disaster then yes,...
