Also, he used past tense, suggesting that the sale has already started and completed. Hopefully, the share price has bottomed out.

There is a sunset clause in a contract of sale but I have never heard of a sunset clause valuation. What does valuation have anything to do with Mr. Mac's posession of shares.

"unscrupulous VC" - who is VC (Viet Cong?) and who is showing immorality or dishonesty? No one can do anything without your instrucrions, Mr Mac. A paragraph that has been codified - and it makes no sense at all!

When word and action, contract each other, then integrity is being questioned. It is time to ID Mr Mac, in my humble opiniion.
