Can someone explain the difference between Executive Director and CEO, is it relatively the same position, just a difference between board & non-board positions? Trying to understand how stepping down from the board equates to a $750/day pay rise!
I've always been concerned about the level of McAdams' remuneration vs project progress over the last two years, but in saying that I don't mind this sizeable carrot being dangled...
