this is why the prof talked about stranded assets and why EVERYONE who knows industrial minerals will tell you how important logistics is.
its probably the MOST important.
Thats again why prof talked about blending.
all industrial mineral deposits will have high grade in it , medium and then low. hell- every resource has that combo.
someone with mostly medium to low grade deposit with an awesome low cost logistics solution will beat u simply by buying a little high grade from someone else and blending it to make what ever formulation they’re looking to make.

these are all the reasons why I say this is up against it. yes - it’s possible. but every single star would have to align. the likelihood is remote based on what is known.
