Once the trucks get from the mine site to the Eyre and Lincoln Highway its up to the state govt to maintain and that's it, they don't stop trucks using it based on activity. These are freight routes and lead to all ports.
The only other road ADN will be using our council which is what they are working through now with Streaky Bay.
Hes just trying to mislead again.
