Yes absolutely - there are lots of reasons why people leave employment & my comments weren't specifically pushing any barrow , other than I suppose to pick up on the mantra about tight teams etc in the MD's commentary . - who knows why the CFO left ....... not sure what happens to his 2 mill options either .

As far as your comments on Covid & vaccinations etc go as might be impacting on employment choices ...... my view is anti vaxers are effectively denying the massive leaps in biotechnology & molecular biology that's happened over the years such that safe vaccines and testing protocols can be accelerated .

Similarly we as a society in much of the Western world have grown up in a relatively safe environment from many of the older and traditional ( if you like ) diseases that once plagued us ...Whooping cough , Tetnus , Polio , Diphtheria , Hepatitis etc etc - all of which have been pretty much eliminated dues to vaccine programs .

Yes getting someone to understand the above ...IF they subscribe to the "big plot " theories that are around .... is a challenge ..... particularly given the permeation of social media ...and add a bit of lack of general biological knowledge plus the the strange and evolving times etc etc ....... Anyway enough of of that - .

1. Respect your opinion about the potential ..... and yes with such a small market cap ..if revenues look like compounding ...the impact on the share price could be huge

2. I question if the people involved can carry it off ( note "question" )

3. Time will tell I guess

4. They do have a fairly heavy cash burn rate ...

5. Whilst the directors are fast to point out the compounding percentage increases in revenues ....those increases are coming off a low base .... and unless they accelerate quite significantly the company will need more funds within the next 12 months

6. For me ( an for everyone I guess ) the The next few quarterlies will be critical

7. Also I'm just a new comer to the stock ...so reading a lot and trying to get my self up to speed

8 Absolutely no question about the need and probably market appetite for the transactional transparency ID 8 should be able to provide ...providing they can sign up the customer base

Totally agree with your comments about vaccine technology. We have been surrounded by technology advancement in other fields yet here, there is hesitancy. IMO, MRNA will one day in the future prolong life for people with cancer. Not suggesting a cure.

Underwater with my holdings but will hold.
