I thought that two of the most telling comments at the AGM came from Medical Director, Assoc. Prof. Marcus Wagstaff and Head of US Sales and Markets, Ed Graubart.
Dr. Wagstaff is currently in North America, meeting surgeons and attending a large American Society of Plastic Surgeons Meet in Boston, at which PolyNovo is exhibiting. He commented on how the dynamic had changed at events such as this – “this time, the surgeons are coming to us”.
Ed Graubart, speaking about sales rep recruitment in the US, commented that PolyNovo was being approached by sales reps from rival companies, leading to some highly experienced sales reps coming on board.
