Some things that are in the 'pipeline' could resolve any day ... tomorrow is a new month; next week; or even next month ..... no one would know when these items will actually 'land' so it would be easy to say something like 'in my capacity as a Director, there was no further information I was aware of that the market was not already aware of when I made that on market purchase' ... simples - as it is a true statement
... I do like to see a Director buying on market though - regardless of the size of the parcel... hehe
