Tavistock may not be interested in owning any more than 50.1%. They now have control of the board, and can basically straight out tell them what to do. They can remove and replace directors, tell them to do 20 push ups, choose a new CEO. Maybe on the bright side, Tavistock is fed up with years of no dividends and has plans to shake things up.
