one thing i noticed with another t/o by sol/bkw was thatsol or bkw shareprice rose substantally as they edged towards a t/o BUT that was with a bigger concern. i sat and salivated at the value of the share i was going to get as holder of the target only to see it ( sol/bkw) drop a fair bit after the move. It may have been prudent for me to sell the target as the rise from the news and buy the acquirer.
It was a breakeven event for me but...
Iknow this is a BKW issue but in my mind the M.O.'s are very similar.
