Must admit, I'd probably take 1000:1. Except that I'd sell on market and then maybe buy some MIN when the dust settles. Don't blame MIN for trying to get a bargain, and MIN should not be angry if their PW offer is rejected. It's just a business deal and compromises have to be made to get it over the line. Had hoped that there wouldn't be any offers until after the next drills, but life wasn't meant to be easy !! Here's hoping for a more realistic offer in the next few days. I hope someone has pointed out to MIN that they wouldn't have anything if NWE hadn't had the nuts to borrow and drill. That should be worth something !! Cheers J
