@Michaelpotter, if you've held your NWE shares for more than 12 months, you can be assured there's no CGT to pay, since MIN will definitely get to 80%.
If you decide to accept the offer, you can call CommSec in the first place and provide your instructions. I've heard other people say that ComputerShare would still need to contact CommSec for further details, so it's faster to call Commsec. Hope this helps.
