Applied for the MIN acceptance documentation. Didn't arrive. In the meantime NWE share price lifted to 6 cents, off market, in cash. Sold my MIN shares in anticipation of owning too much MIN after NWE conversion. Excellent profit on MIN, and now out with cash. The next engineered announcement from MIN will be good news, might lift their SP a few dollars, but it's clear MIN view their minor shareholders with distain. They will bully remaining holders to participate in credit raising which will dilute their holding. Their behaviour should be illegal. I've made good capital gain on MIN over a couple of years but there are better investments about now. Best case MIN will get up to $100 but will struggle to hold. Happy to be out.
