my understanding is that if MIN gets to 90% then it can compulsorily acquire the remaining 10 % from us stubborn holders
We will get the same swap deal as you 1 : 1300
From other posters that process can take a few months
Now if that is correct then IMHO I would expect that NED - 1 will have been completed and the 3D released
And if not I may ask Kerry Stokes if I can put an ad in his newspaper
