Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-24

I think the company did it again.

In late January 2013 to early February 2013, they created a story and the share price went up from 0.02 to 0.20. Then they created an internal problem, resulted in a female director (can't remember the name) to resign reduced her 'substantial holding', resulted in share price to drop but to never recovered.
I'm not sure how true their current story is, but my gut feeling says they did it again to manipulate the share price from .005 to $0.028. Now there is no news but only substantial holders are selling. This time difference didn't create an internal dispute but selling slowly.
