I also can't imagine why they would continue buying on 19 June 2019 @ ~$1.28 if they didn't see value in it then at those higher prices ... they have obviously bought up big in some divisions earlier in the year when the sp went below $1 as the average price for the entire 4,390,656 shares they bought is $0.85 (after buying and selling transactions are taken into account over the periods detailed in the announcement on page 4)

So increase in holding of 4,390,656 shares for a total out of pocket cost of $ 3,750,222 ... or $0.85 cps.

They have been buying and selling in many divisions, which is why I made comments over the last couple of weeks that there were 'games afoot'.
