You make an interesting point. The Appian directors have resigned as has the CEO. A new company constitution has been adopted. I wonder if Appian is distancing itself for a number of months before making a move to eliminate any suggestion of insider knowledge. Appian recently bought 389k shares. pure imagination on my behalf.
