thanks for the info mate.. pretty much a hit and miss with this.. either a slow death down to 1c or less, OR a 20c + stock EASY. If its a 50% chance say that the SML gets granted then its a no -brainer to take a punt on this..
If i were PEK management, in the application I would definitely make it attractive for the Tanzanian gov officials.. (E.g, like 40%+ of "profits" going to them)..
At the end of the day, 60% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
