Cash in bank is not correct. Some money has not been received to date. PXS is being priced on the fact that the money may not be received. In that case cash at bank is <<$34m! Hence the current discount. Management has consistently over promised and portrayed things differently so as to be more positive. Shareholders nowadays want under promising and over delivering.
