    Any idea why vanguard and ing's initial substantial holding was only 84,300,000 each?


    i have calculated that the red dirt collect are currently owning roughly 45.55% of VKA..... Syracuse, Thomas & Whitten own roughly 15%... so looking at 60% ownership in the hands of 9 shareholders.
