I'm not sure the same rules apply for a Namibian Lithium mine and for a SA Vanadium mine, sorry. It sounds more like un-necessary fear mongering more than anything else.
We understand you decided to leave, but it's not necessary to bash the ones who decided to stay with wild theories.
No one wants to fund mines in Namibia, that's why you can only get Chinese money with shitty deals. I think VR8 has more options and won't have to accept these kind of deals.
