Simple, no one trading/investing on ASX is willing to pay that price.
The only people that are willing would potentially be those that short on nasdaq and buy back on ASX, or buy on ASX and sell on nasdaq, but I suspect the conversion of shares will take some time.
The trading so far is nothing more than a pump and dump. DYOR.
