However, an out there scenario is Mount Kathleen is divested out of LTR into a joint venture between ALB/LTR/Gina/other, and attached to that ALB allowing a JV into the Kemerton facilities.
LTR is given a wad of cash, with some cash returned to shareholders and the other cash used by LTR to explore further development options (Buldania). Mount Marion and Wodgina as is Greenbushes are held in private entities from recollection. This is an extension I guess to your point 3.
Anyway, we are guessing.
