US Indexes are inflated and maybe a bubble hence why Dominoes in the US is up, I remember over 10 years ago, one of my friends bought dmp and it was near this price, maybe $30, I asked why, he said they have a phone app to order pizzas, I have not spoken in 5 years, I hope he sold over $150. DMP is better than CKF because I think DMP can respond better to market changes, such as consumer demand change, from unhealthy fast food to maybe healthy fast food, I don't think KFC or McDonald's can change like this, I hope DMP can and people can order from there sometime in the future and consume a healthy meal. I think with people's health declining, they will want food that is healthy, not food that tastes good but makes them sick/declining in health. I changed to hold from sell as I think dmp if they are not stupid will pivot to healthier menus, I see DMP has the advantage as they don't have an iconic signature product, like the BigMac or the Bucket of chicken and those signature products are a stain on them if consumers begin demanding healthier food.
As investors you have to look at emerging trends, I just see fast food as a deadend, has no benefit for the consumer which is the ticket price of the food and declining health. If DMP can change they will set themselves up for the future.
