Allan Gray - investor of OPM who marks holdings to market so had effectively taken the loss - has obviously had enough of this dud company with no fundamental value left - only a punt - and is understandably moving on. But it at these levels that the bottom feeders take interest and potentially create some volatility for the traders. Anyone buying this on fundamentals is delusional as you say but a company with $25m in the bank trading at close to that level is always a flame to the moths. Could be some short term fun to be had here.
