there definitely is some grey area, centrex have raised $8m to expand their concentrate plant. However at $150us a tonne centrex would be losing money on an aisc base.
Centrex would require prices more inline with Avenira’s base case to be economic.
on the other hand the rock price in the pink sheets has historically been the best guide to phosphate prices.
