This announcement only means that the director "Bret Anthony Mitchell" just got their performance rights shares and unlisted options which we (shareholders) approved before. And they are allocated into their 3 different accounts.
Simply means dilution on us small investor but the company is progressing since these are performance rights. And options are monies to company funds if someday converted to common shares
