This is not an usual or exorbitant amount of options credited to the "founders" at an IPO.

And given the IPO was at 25c - any options higher than that can be deemed reasonable incentives. Its a credit to the management that the SP has been way higher than most of these option levels - so its hard to knock them for those levels - if the SP was 30c they would be hardly noticed.

BUT

Those options at 13c were always daylight robbery. And became very noticeable when they were converted recently.

How is it OK to set options at roughly half the IPO price? That's NOT something I've seen before. Certainly a red flag - as will any selling by these option receivers be.

As I have previously posted, while taking shares in the IPO, and liking the prospects of 5GG, I was unwilling to sit on my shares when I felt they were significantly overvalued a while back. Hence, I have sold out and simply put 5GG on my watch list.

I agree, I had the same feelings about being waaaaay over valued. I sold and since then the SP has gradually faded. Additionally, I signed up for the beta testing of GeForce now. it's rollout has been a joke IMO. The silly funnelling games that make you annoyed all in the name of earning points to be selected for beta testing. It's not on and I don't have time for that. Beta testing is also delayed.....all these things give me the feeling that this company isn't all its hyped up to be. IMO dyor
