Great preceeding posts on this thread IMHO. I do agree that the expected market ex-div sell-off is part reason for the current fall off of RFF SP. However, all round RFF tenants are getting a caning with a major cattle price slump and live cattle exports under the pump, macadamias are suffering a world glut, almonds are suffering from startup/flooding problems albeit record AU exports, wine exports still caned by China not to mention our serious AU interest rate hikes. Happily grain harvests have been spectacular. Hopefully all RFF tenants will be able to weather the downturns. We all have noticed the general eye-watering REIT sell-off (CHC, CLW, CQE) reacting to interest rate rises. However, I do believe the RFF REIT model is solid as are Charter Hall's but you just can't beat bad luck.
