Agree that it is good value. Currently trading at 21% discount to NAV and bouncing around 52 week lows. Interestingly there is a wide divergence of broker ratings with consensus a sell. RFF is one of my largest holdings but couldn't resist adding at these levels this morning.
According to slide 5 in their presentation Gearing is now 31.5% (using their formula note 2). Many analysts use debt/equity ratio when assessing financial leverage. On this basis the ratio is 53%. Looking at the slides on capital management they appear to be working well within their banking covenants.
