Two sales for tax purposes, both near the lowest of lows.
He must not think twice about how it looks... Pathetically naïve in my opinion.
Again putting myself in his position. If you expected something on the horizon within 3/6 months, would you not just wait?
Let's go back to this in 6 months time and see where the price is at. If we're 100/200% above now. I won't understand at all.
Maybe he finds it easier to just sell shares for tax purposes, rather than with his extreme remuneration?
This goes way over my head. Maybe a question for the AGM... I won't be taking ''It's a common practise in the USA'' - Why the F**k is it common practise?
