I wonder how much he actually paid for the shares? being an offmarket trade we may never know... Herron just got their ipo options for a song (not saying they didn't deserve them). This transaction could all be related and a pretty good deal for all, except maybe the ones who were diluted. Its not a bad thing but not as good as an on-markert trade.
