Ash, I don't want these guys picking up new development or potentially developable land. If they can pick up good quality royalties at a discount, ideally in a commodity that isn't Iron Ore, I would be for it.
Re the performance rights. I am assuming that this is part of an employee incentive scheme that has probably been in operation since the Illuka days. If it's per a contracted remuneration plan, I dont see the issue. It seems like a lot but it is the CEO. I guess we will get more colour on the compensation plans in the annual accounts.
