Its small, but just what many OCC investors have been crying out for. Insider buying. Our new Chair gives a nice, if small, indication of his belief in the company, with a 20,000 on market share purchase, on top of the options he was granted. Insider buying nearly always welcomed signaling in my book no matter how small.
