that explanation is not enough, and this is not a stratigic offloading to some new shareholders which may give company good potential fundamentally, this is just another selling out of shares by founders and directors, a good sign as you said is they still have a lot skin in the game but short term we will see some sp pressure. lets see if we can hold 60MA otherwise we will see it test MA200
