    I agree with you spider5. Looking at the guys behind Valmec, they have the capacity to take it private without needing the SP to collapse. I reckon they just see it as cheap stock and if people want to sell cheap, hey why not buy it. Nothing wrong with that. I for one love seeing this confidence from insiders.
