As per the announcement, the main reason to sell 2/3 of her holding was “exercise of vested rights primarily to fund personal income tax and other
liabilities.” Based on that, there was no urgency for unloading a relatively large parcel of shares, which can be sold in smaller parcels even earlier or later. As the shares were sold almost at the current bottom, there are basically 2 reasons:
-panic or
-something fundamentally not good coming in the nearest future
