As of today 1.76% of PLS ordinary shares are shorted.I don't know how many shares were actually shorted today. (19.6 million traded).
The ASX announcement of director's sale of shares was released today at 1:49pm, the SP was peaking at $3.27 and after which time the stock dropped for a second time during the day.PLS still closed up 6c which I would like to think is a good start for tomorrow's open.
It's possible for the stock to retrace, if only to check it for announcements in the middle of Jan '22.
As we know, many people offload shares around May/early June for tax reasons.Many people (including company directors) also offload shares during Nov/early Dec because the financial year in some other countries, eg America run Jan to Dec.
