Well he would certainly know more about the apparent LOI than the rest of us.
I would think that is 'price sensitive' information...but perhaps it isn't - for all sorts of reasons.
Its 150 shades of grey as to whether information is price sensitive or not and when directors can trade or not trade.
Regardless, directors on other companies trade regularly.
Overall this is positive for s/holders you would have to think. Would love to see at least one more director following the chairman's lead.
