The only significant factor I can think of that relates to plus or minus $300MC is to do with rules around a CR.
I believe the rules around 7.1 or 7.1A (I’m quoting from memory) change in some cases.
If under $300m I think it’s easier to dilute by an additional 10% to a max of 25% as opposed to the standard 15%....I’m sure those more in the know will rip my apart if I’m wrong.
